Hazel has been adopted!

Hazel w/SW (BACR #1632)
Female
Tortoiseshell
Tortie

Hazel was found at 2 days old in a box near a bus stop in San Jose. Why anyone would leave a newborn kitten in a box on a cold morning is unthinkable. Despite her odds, she was lucky to be found and has blossomed into a rambunctious and playful kitten. She loves to chase her fuzzy mice, and has even been taught to play fetch with one of her toys. She is a social butterfly, and would like to go to a home with another cat or other cats around - she adores their company. She might even be OK with dogs given her playfulness. She will snuggle up to you once she gets to know you, and will do an odd little thing where she will try to "nurse" on your clothing for comfort. Overall, she would be a great addition to any family - maybe yours? Hazel has had all her vaccinations, is spayed and ready to find her home.
